Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Every order is custom built and hand assembled. Your order will begin processing and assembly within 3–5 business days.

  • Each watch takes 6-8 weeks to build, assemble, test, and serialize.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

  • High Demand: During product launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping tiers to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Note: Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $500.

 

3. Signature & Security

To ensure the security of your high-value purchase, all watch deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a door tag with instructions for rescheduling or local pickup.

  • We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.

 

4. Tracking Your Timepiece

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Damaged Goods: Please inspect your package immediately. If the watch is damaged, contact us at info@deltawatchco.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.

  2. Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, please contact the carrier and our support team within 3 days.

 

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for security reasons. Delta Watch Co is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
